How a Plus Size Sports Bra Saved My Marriage

Are you a large breasted woman? I don't know about you, but being a woman with a big bust has always been a burden to me. I developed at a young age when I was only 12 years old. I thought I was a freak of nature at the time, but I now know there are alot of women out there who can relate to my story. At the time I thought I was the only one with this horrible problem. I didn't realize that men love big breasts and I was much too young to care.

I was so embarrassed by my large bust that I always bought bras that were 2 sizes too small because I was in denial about my real bra size. This went on for many years. I don't think I ever really knew my correct bra size, mainly because I didn't want to confront it. My bras were always uncomfortable and didn't fit me right. One huge complaint was the indentation from the bra straps in my shoulder. Then there were the breasts that kept popping out when I bent over and I had to discreetly push them back into place. I really hated that. And because I had the wrong size bra, my breasts kept falling out of the sides too. And I never bought a bra that supported my breasts because I wanted to be like girls with small breasts.

Now I realize there are women out there who love their large breasts, but I am not one of them. My large bust was always in the way and limited my ability to exercise and run and do aerobics in general. Plus I always thought that people were staring at my large breasts and that kept me from doing really effective workouts.

Luckily I eventually married a man who loved the size of my large breasts, so that did wonders for my self esteem. But I continued to wear the wrong bra size and didn't really think much more about it. I was still self-conscious about my bra size and exercising around people.

Then one day, I was watching "Oprah Winfrey" and she had an entire show dedicated to discussing her "favorite bras". It was like a light went off in my head. I realized that if Oprah can embrace her large breasts, then I can too. And she went a step further and introduced her favorite "plus size sports bra", for those women who need added support while exercising. What a wonderful discovery to realize that there was an actual exercise bra invented for women with large breasts. It dawned on me that this was the solution to my exercise delimma. If I could keep my breasts encased and stop them from bouncing around when I moved, then I could exercise all I wanted!

I immediately went online and ordered the plus size sports bra that Oprah recommended and got in the mail the following week. I can't tell you how much this bra has made a difference in my life. I now exercise 45 minutes a day in public without being embarrassed. It is so comfortable, I can do whatever I want now without bouncing, and it has actually released so many of my lifelong inhibitions. It has really done wonders for my marriage too. I am finally proud of my large breasts and my husband loves the change in my attitude.

I can't believe a bra could change a person's life so dramatically, but I'm living proof! I've even lost 10 pounds and look great.
